The worst thing about being on a weight loss plan is feeling hungry. You are trying to turn your life around and eat healthy foods that are low in fat and calories and all you can think about is your next meal and how hungry you are right now.

A lot of people trying to lose weight think that the best way to do so is by eating only a few meals a day and severely restricting their caloric intake.
The truth about trying to lose weight is that you have to keep your fire burning in order to constantly lose weight through out the day. If your body senses that food is becoming scarce then it will order your metabolism to slow down and go into a survival mode. This is not ideal for weight loss.

An important key to staying on your diet is to make sure you are getting plenty of quality food to eat. A great way to do this is by incorporating small snacks into your diet.
