Sure you might lose a bit of weight, but in order to actually BURN calories you need to exercise. Many people with sleep apnea complain of low energy through out the day and wonder what they can do in terms of exercise. They think, “If I don’t have enough energy to make it through the day then how in the world am I going to be able to exercise on top of that?”
