Look when your on the famous CPAP machine that is controlled by all these websites, you need to drink plenty of fluids because the machine dries you out.
But also it makes you wake up on the machine and go to the toilet and is hard to go back to sleep.
Unless you are on CPAP its hard to explain but once you wake up on this machine its very hard to sleep again.

Agreed, Ania! Research has proven that multiple small meals assists in weight loss. It all has to do with the "thermic effect of food".

Check out this Wikipedia entry for more info:

Hi Joe,

Thanks for dropping by the blog - and congratulations on your weight loss!

To fix your bathroom problem you need to first understand what is causing the problem. An overactive bladder can be caused by diabetes, a urinary tract infection, previous surgeries, etc.

Aside from making sure not to drink anything a couple of hours before you go to sleep, you might also want to try Kegel exercises to help strengthen your pelvic muscles.

Hope that helps,

Marc

Hey--was diagnosised moderate to severe sleep apnea 3 months ago. Since then I've lost 22 lbs and am 5'7" and 175. Seeing doctor today to see if I've improved in the last 2 months since I've the test done--I usually have a couple of apricots and a banana 2 hrs before I go to sleep---Try not to drink any water but still wake up once or twice a noght to go to the bathroom.. Any suggestions if this is not sleep apnea related for the waking up
